- Assign responsible staff who understand the requirements

- Keep a list of environmentally friendly products that matches the products actually used in the office, stating the product, brand, eco-label, expiry date and certification; for foreign eco-labels, cite the certifying agency or country
- Ask suppliers to cooperate in ordering environmentally friendly products when no shop sells them
Note Environmentally friendly products must be certified by a recognized institution, e.g. the Green Label, Green Basket, No. 5 energy-saving label, high-efficiency label, carbon footprint label, Carbon Reduction label, registered OTOP products or foreign eco-labels
-
6.1.2 Percentage of Environmentally Friendly Office Supplies and Equipment Purchased
- List all office products purchased, stating brand and model
- Show each product's environmental label
- Calculate the percentage of environmentally friendly products, showing the items, quantities and value
Note The percentage of environmentally friendly products is compared with the purchase quantity and/or value
-

6.2 Hiring
-
6.2.1 Percentage of Contractors or Individuals Hired Whose Operations Are Environmentally Friendly
- Keep evidence of reviewing the environmental standards of certified contractors, including proof of certification
- If a contractor has no certified environmental standard, the office must carry out a preliminary environmental assessment of it
- Make an environmental contract or agreement when the contractor starts work in the office
- Selected contractors or individuals must receive training or information on the Green Office and the environmental practices related to their own work
- Those contractors or individuals can explain the environmental practices related to their own work
Note If an outside contractor has a certified environmental standard, consider every item except (2); if not, consider items (2)–(5)
-
6.2.2 Percentage of Environmental Inspections of the Work Areas of Contractors or Individuals, e.g. contractors, subcontractors, housekeepers, security guards and couriers
-
6.2.3 Percentage of Environmentally Friendly Services Used Outside the Office, such as hotels, venues or other registered environmentally friendly services
- Venues certified for good environmental management, such as ISO 14001, Green Hotel, Green Leaf, Green Label, Green Office or Green Building, that hold meetings with care for natural resources and energy and with less pollution
- If no certified venue is near the office, choose the venue with the shortest travel time and hold a Green Meeting (where appropriate and feasible), keeping evidence of how the venue was chosen
